Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department has issued Notification on 09-05-2018 in connection with Grant of Casual Leave Under Rules. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to the minutes of the meeting held on 19.04.2018 regarding charter of demands of the Punjab Professors and Lecturers Association.

You are hereby directed to disseminate to all Principals to allow Casual Leaves to the teaching faculty strictly in accordance with rules. However, all Principals of the Colleges shall maintain register of Casual Leaves which must be monitored by visiting officers including DDC`s and no transfer from this College, Casual Leave record must be attached with transfer request / recommendations.
