I am here sharing the copy of the Decision of Three Honorarium for Officers/Officials of Federal Government by the Cabinet. Detail is as under:

The cabinet considered the summary dated 29-05-2018 submitted by Finance Division for the Grant of Special Performance Incentive to the Officers/Officials of the Federal Government and decided as under:

1. Upto three (03) honorariums may be allowed to employees of Ministries/Divisions by the Ministries/Principal Accounting Officers.
2. Minister for Finance may approve honorarium to Prime Minister’s Office, Finance, Revenue and Planning, Development & Reforms Divisions.
3. Finance Division will provide funds to Ministers/Divisions for payment of honorarium, if required.
4. A new policy for the grant of honorarium may be presented to the new elected government for approval.

It is to mention here that there was earlier issued the letter from PM Office regarding three basic pays as honorarium to all Federal Government Employees. Later it was clarified that it was not for all federal Government employees.
