Summary regarding Upgradation of the Posts of Union Council Staff, Union Secretary & Payment through DAOs has been shared here for the information of the employees. Detail is as under:

The matter was thoroughly deliberated upon in a meeting held on 24.05.2018, wherein it was recommended that the posts of Secretary Union Council/Secretary (CD) may be ungraded from BS-11 to BS-14 and the posts Union Secretaries (Committee) may be upgraded from BS-7 to BS-11 w.e.f. 01.07.2018, subject to amendment in the relevant Service Rules, in case of approval, the additional financial implication as implicated (Annex-l) shall be met out of the budget of Union Councils. Minutes of the meeting are placed at (Annex-M). Hence, the aforementioned recommendation endorsed.
