Government of Pakistan Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) has issued Notification of Hiring Facility Railway Employees at Six Specified Stations Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Quetta, Karachi and Peshawar on 07-06-2018. Detail is as under:
It is notified that the employees (BPS 1-22) of Railway Headquarters Office (with status of attached department of Ministry of Railways in terms of this Ministry’s notification No. F 49 (1)/2004-1 dated 15th September 2009) are eligible to avail the hiring facility at six specified stations namely Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta as per their entitlement, within the budgetary resources of Pakistan Railways with condonation that hired house shall be allotted at the place /station of posting of the employee.
This issue with approval of Secretary/ Chairman Railways.

It is to mention here that Punjab Govt has already issued Notification of Self Hiring/Private Accommodation (House Requisition ) of the Secretariat Employees on 31-05-2018.
