Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification on 13-06-2018 in connection with Minutes of the Meeting Regarding Issue of Pay & Allowances in Respect of the Employees Regularized from Contract Appointment. Detail is as under:
I am directed to refer to Finance Department`s letter No. FD-SR-11/9-80/2018. Dated 24.05.2018 on the subject cited above and advise to stop the deductions from the Higher Education Department`s employees who were regularized from contract appointment (lecturers 2002 and 2005 batches) ill final outcome of the CPLA filed by the Higher Education Department in the Apex Court.
