In response to this office circular letter dated 23/04/2018, supplementary pay bills on account of subject allowance w.e.f. 01-01-2012 are being received from our different auditee Organization in our Controller Office for payment. However, one of our CMA Office has raised following points for further clarification in the matter which have referred to Finance Division (Regs Wing) Islamabad for provision of define ruling in the matter.
