Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification on 25-06-2018 in connection with Staff GAP Arrangement for General Election 2018. Detail is as under:
- As you are well aware that the election duties as Presiding Officers, Senior Assistance Presiding Officers and Poling Officers are being assigned in all district by the District Election Commission of General Elections, 2018. However, it has been observed that there is a deficiency of staff for polling stations. Therefore, to overcome this deficiency, it is required to have close liaison with District Election Commissioner for provision of staff.
- Moreover, you are also requested to arrange at least 30% reserve staff for smooth conduction of General Elections, 2018. Special thanks to Mr. Zahid Khan for sending the copy of the Notification of Staff GAP Arrangement for General Election 2018.
