Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification on 04-09-2018 in connection with Unavailed LPR Period in Case of Death of Government Employee. Detail is as under:

The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that Finance Division has recently a case where a Government Servant died during his LRP period, it is clarified that in such a case his/her heirs are entitled to receive encashment of LPR for the remaining period subject to completion of other codal formalities.
