Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued Notification on 25-10-2018 in connection with Revision of Rental Ceilings KPK. Summary is as under:

In continuation of this department letter of the dated 14-05-2012 on the subject noted above and to state that the Provincial cabinet in its meeting held on 15-10-2018 has approved 50% enhancement of the existing rates for self-hiring residential accommodation (Housing Subsidy) as per detail given below with effect from 01-07-2018.
