Government of Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued Notification on 14-11-2018 in connection with Upgradation of the Post Technical Assistant from BPS-14 to BPS-15. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to refer Ministry of Defence`s O.M. NO 3 7/2011/D-34 dated 27th December, 2017 on the subject noted above and to convey the approval of Establishment Division for up-gradation of the posts of Technical Assistant from BS-14 to BS-15 in Survey of Pakistan under Ministry of Defence subject to the concurrence of Finance Division, amendment in the Recruitment Rules and tilling up the up-graded posts in manner prescribed as per this Division`s d.o letter No. 8/36/2000-R-I, dated 31-12-2008.
It is also informed that under existing up-gradation/re-designation policy Establishment Division can only approve cases regarding up-gradation/re-designation of posts Grant of higher scale (BS-16) or up-gradation from any specific dated being financial matter does not come under the domain of this Division.
