Government of Sindh Services, General Administration & Coordination Department has issued letter on 27-11-2018 in connection with Promotion Mukhtiarkars BPS-16 to the Post Assistant Commissioner BPS-17 in Ex-PCS Cadre. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to this Department`s letters No. SOV(SEA&CD)9-9/2017, dated 16.01.2018 and 17.11.2018, on the subject noted above and to request to kindly furnish Working Paper containing Inquiries / Cases alongwith the final Seniority List of Mukhtiarkars (BS-16), so that promotion of senior most Mukhtiarkars in order of their seniority may be considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Commissioner (BS-17) in Ex-PCS Cadre, on regular basis against their promotion quota in the next Department Promotion Committee meeting.
