Notification of Amendment in Note Under PARA-6 (A) of Appendix-7 of Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulation Wing) has issued Notification No. F.1 (10)R-10/2010-43 dated  18-01-2019 in connection with Notification of Amendment in Note under PARA-6 (A) of Appendix-7 of Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules.

The same amendment is published in The Gazette of Pakistan Extraordinary on Thursday, April 19, 2018.

S.R.O 491 (I)/2018- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 25 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973 (LXXI of 1973), read with Notification No. S.R.O 120 (I)/1998, dated the 27th February, 1998, the Prime Minister is pleased to direct that in the Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules (Vol-II) in Appendix 7, paragraph 6, in clause (a) for the Note, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Note:- A Government Servant in category-V, shall  be entitled to the daily allowance at the rates and for the station applicable respectively to a Government servant in category-IV.”
