Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification on 30-01-2019 in connection with Third House Building Advance. Detail is as under:

Third House Building Advance

The undersigned is directed to refer to the above noted subject and to state that Finance Division is in receipt of a number of requests from a large segment of Government employees for following third House Building Advance due to manifold increase in land and construction cost of a house, It has, therefore been decided that:-

1. Third House Building Advance may be allowed to Government servants, provided he has fully repaid the advances previously drawn from the Government with interest thereof, if any.
2. All other conditions for grant of HBA will continue to apply.
3. The budgetary allocations shall be distributed for the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd advances at the ratio of 70% 20% and 10% respectively so that the right of those employees who have applied for the first/second advance may protected.
