Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department has issued Notification on 11-02-2019 in connection with Re-Designation & Upgradation of Junior School Teachers-Sindh School Education & Literacy Department. Detail is as under:
I am directed to refer to this department order dated 23-07-2014 on the subject noted above.
According to the above mentioned order, the ratio/number of the post of JSTs (BS-14) to be upgraded, re-designated and bifurcated shall be as under:-

| 02. | Junior School Teacher (BS-14) | Early Childhood Teacher (BS-15) | 06% (1190 posts) out if remaining 1983 posts. |
It is further informed that existing numbers of posts of JSTs at district level shall be re-designated/upgraded, as ratio of 94% (JEST) and 06% (ECT) out of total sanctioned posts at district level.
It may further be added that above mentioned lists shall be issued at district level with the approval of Director concerned.
It may further be noted, that seniority list should be prepared on the pattern as existing seniority number of Junior School Teachers may not suffer.
This may be treated as Most Urgent.
