Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued letter on 14-02-2019 in connection with Summary for CM, Grant of Charter of Demands Made by All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) Sindh. Detail is as under:

All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA), Sindh Province has demanded for grant of higher grade on the basic time scale to the following posts existing in Government of Sindh Department except Sindh Secretariat (Annex-I).

2.  Earlier the various charter of demands of APCA including time scale to the various employees of Sindh Government was examined and a Summary for Chief Minister, Sindh was initiated wherein it was proposed that instead of going on expending time scale facility to different groups of service, a viable policy may be framed, which should be bases on a solid and purposeful criteria, conditionally linked to improve qualification and performance, in order to bring qualitative change in service delivery and not to overburden public exchequer without any meaningful purpose. The policy should be for both time scale facility and isolated posts (Annex-II). The said Summary has not yet returned.
