Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) has issued Notification on 12-03-2019 in connection with Criteria for Regularization Employees Working on Contract Basis in DISCOs. Detail is as under:
The following criteria shall be strictly observed while considering the employees, working on contract in DISCOs for regularization, in addition to the already determined Performance Evaluation Indicators:
- Integrity.
- Discipline.
- Immediate response to public complaints for redressal.
- The most important whether the concerned employee has been successful in elimination of theft of electricity.
CEOs of DISCOs are requested to inform the above mentioned additional criteria to all employees working on contract in DISCOs.
