Office of the Program Director, Integrated Reproductive Maternal Newborn & Child Health (IRMNCH) & Nutrition Program, Punjab has issued Notification on 10-04-2019 in connection with Transfer of Contract Employees. Detail is as under:

It is to intimate that as per the Contract Policy, 2004, no contract employee can be transfer on any grounds. In case of their inefficiency or misconduct, they can be proceeded against under the disciplinary rules. The Transfer of the contract employee in one admissible on their own request one time during the tenure of 3 to 5 years contract services.

If is further requested that transfer of IRMNCH& Nutrition staff on temporary duties is not permissible as per program policy.
