Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department has issued Notification on 18-04-2019 in connection with Amendment in the Teachers Promotion Policy 2010. Detail is as under:

2.             The Chief Minister, Punjab has been pleased to approve the following further amendment in para 6 (8) (a) of the promotion Policy —-2010:

“Para 6 (8) (a)

     Teachers, whose results are compared with the result of the Boards / University, last three years terminal Board results may be considered out of which any two year`s results should be equal or within the margin of 10% below (for each result) from the concerned board / university result, while remaining one year`s result may be ignored provided that other service record of the officer concerned is satisfactory.
