Kindly refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 16-04-2019 on the subject cited above.

You are directed to make it sure that:

1. No intra district posting / transfer orders have been made by the District Health Authorities at their own level.
2. If such intra district posting / transfer orders have been issued, the same may be cancelled immediately.
3. An affidavit will be submitted to this Department to the extent that no such intra district posting / transfer case is pending / under process and all such posting / transfer if made have been cancelled.
