I am sharing the Working Paper in connection with Grant of Utility Allowance to the Employees of LDA. Summary is as under:

                          Government of the Punjab vide letter No.FD SR-19-14/2002(P) dated 31.01.2017 (FIP) and No.FD>SR-19-14/2002(P-I) dated 07.05.2019 (F/B) has been pleased to grant utility allowance to the employees of Punjab Civil Secretariat w.e.f. 01.02.2017 and 01.01.2019 respectively. Although, Lahore Development Authority does not fail under the purview of Civil Secretariat, however, being an autonomous body is authorized to decide on its financial matter including financial remuneration to its employees.
