Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification on 30-04-2019 in connection with Upgradation of Sub-Engineers & Estimators from BPS-11 to BPS-14. Detail is as under:

                     The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Housing & Works O.M.No.6(10)/2015-Amin-III dated 27-03-2019 on the subject cited above and to convey approval of Finance Division for up-gradation of the posts  of sub-engineer (Civil), Sub-Engineer (E/M), Estimator (Civil) and Estimator (E/M) from (BS-11) to (BS-14) in Pak. PWD subject to fulfillment of all procedural & codal formalities, amendment in the Recruitment Rules and filling up to upgraded posts in manner prescribed as per  Establishment Division`s O.M.No.8/36/2000/R-I dated 31.12.20008.

2.    No additional funds shall be provided to Ministry of Housing & Works for the subject financial Liability.
