Office memorandum on 29-05-2019 has been issued in connection with Time Scale Upgradation of Dead End Cadre. Detail is as under:
Reference: Decision of BOD IESCO in agenda item in its 175th meeting held on 25.05.2019, conveyed vide Assistant Company Secretary IESCO Islamabad letter No. 2958-64 dated 27.05.2019.
BoD IESCO has accorded approval for considering Divisional Accounts Office as dead cadre employees and allow them one step Time Scale Upgradation from BPS-16 to BPS-17 as one time dispensation w.e.f 28.08.2018 in the light of PEPCO Office Memorandum No. GM(HR)/HRD/A-548/1475-1500 dated 28.08.2018.
Note: This Time Scale Upgradation is admissible to only those officials who were working as Divisional Accounts Officer as on 28.08.2018.
