Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department has issued Notification on 31-05-2019 in connection with Complete Ban on Fresh Transfers wef 01-06-2019. Detail is as under:

           WHEREAS,  transfer/posting   process has been conducted twice  in one academic session 2018-19 and officers have been transferred to their stations of choice on their own requests, now it is deemed imperative that all  the transfer/posting will be conducted online by developing an Online Transfer System to make the process hassle free and transparent. It would take some time to develop and activate this Online Transfer System.

2.   NOW THEREFORE, it has been decided that there will be a complete ban on fresh transfer w.e.f 01.06.2019 till further orders by the Competent Authority, except on administrative posts to be filled in due to exigency of affairs.

3.   This issues with the approval of Minister for Higher Education Department. m
