Upgradation of the Posts which were Not Upgraded – Minutes of the meeting held on 17-06-2019 has been shared here. Detail is as under:

Secretary Finance briefed the Standing Committee of the Cabinet on Finance & Development that after up-gradation of posts of junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistance, Superintendent, etc., the employees whose posts were not up-graded were approaching for up-gradation of their posts as well thrashing out and setting all such matters within fortnight positively:

  1. Additional Chief Secretary                                Chairman
  2. Finance                 Secretary                                Member

iii)         Secretary (Regulations), S&GAD                      Member  

iv)        Concerned Administrative Secretary                 Member  

        v)       Deputy Secretary (PC), F.D                             Member/Secretary

   The Committee were further apprised that all administrative Department were requested to place the demands of employees regarding up-gradation  of their posts on the analogy of up-gradation of clerical posts in the shape of working paper.  On the recommendations of the committee headed by Additional Chief Secretary, the Chief Minister approved up-gradation of some other posts, i.e., Tracer, Draftsman, Head Drafts/ Division  Storekeeper, Senior Storekeeper , Subdivision able Clerk, Account Clerk  and Stenographer were up-graded w.e.f.  26.07.2017.
