Enclosed please find, herewith copy of Government of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department  letter No.SO(Liaison)CMD/1-2/2018, dated 16.05.2019 alongwith copy of Chief Minister’s Office Punjab directive No.DS(SS)/CMO/2019.OT-47/0177718. Dated 08.05.2019 and representation of haji Muhammad Irshad Ch. President, All Pakistan Clerks Association.

You are directed to provide the information regarding the posts abolished by the Government of junior Clerks, Senior Clerks, Head Clerks, Accountants, Assistants and Store Keepers of your District, direct to the Government of the Punjab, P&SHC Department, within three days, positively, for onward submission to the Chief Minister`s Office, Punjab, under the information to this Department.
