In pursuance of General manager (HR) PEPCO office Memorandum No.GM(HR)/HRD/A-332/3973-90 dated 27-10-2016 adopted by BoD GHCL vide office Memorandum No.GHCL/HR&Admn/E-121/789-98 dated 24-02-2017 & clarified vide letter No.GHCL/HR&Admn/4/7612 dated 03-10-2018 and as per recommendations of Selection Board, one (01) Step Time scale Up-gradation is hereby granted From BPS-16 to BPS-17 in favor of Syed Akbar Ali Naqvi S/o Syed Fida Ali Naqvi, Head Draftsman Grade-A, JPCL GENCE-I Jamshoro w.e.f 27.10.2016, whose pay scale was revised or he was allowed Selection Grade or TSU 20 years before or more and he has ever since been working in the same pay scale.
- In case of any discrepancy found in the case at belated stage, then the Time scale Up-gradation (TSU) shall be revered ab-initio.

- TSU of Head Draftsman Grade-A from BPS-16 to BPS-17
