Directorate General Health Services Punjab Lahore issued on 05-07-2019 in connection with NOC for Issuance of New Passport /Renewal –Government Passport to Contract Employee. Detail is as under:

Reference  your letter No. 15923/E dated 18.05.2019 regarding request for No objection certificate for grant of International Passport to Mr. ABC, Inspector Environment (BS-16) working on contact basis in the office of Deputy District  Health Officer , Allama Iqbal Zone , Lahore.

It is to inform that contract employee is not a Civil Servant vide contract policy 2004 amended up to today by the Government of Punjab. So Government passport cannot be issued to contract employee.
