Headquarters, Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has issued Notification on 06-09-2019 in connection with Assistance Family Package CAA Deceased Employees who die during service. Summary is as under:
1- In accordance with amendments made in Regulations for families of deceased employees who die during service or service, has been revised w.e.f. 1″ August, 2019 as under:-

9 | Prerequisites for facilitation of family of deceased employee | In case of in service death of employee, the following prerequisite must immediately be fulfilled by the Competent Authority, without any delay.
o. immediate submission of pension case; b. option for anticipatory pension {80% of the total pension; Besides as a pro-active approach the competent Authority must observe the following practices regarding their employees.- c. upto date list of family members of each employee for pension purpose be maintained beforehand; d. nomination of GP fund must be ensured for each employee in his/her life. |
