Job Description Senior Business Analyst

• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities, writing specifications.
• Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
• Define Project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
• Planning and monitoring, develop periodic project reports.
• Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.

Job Description Senior Programme Manager

• Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly to Director General. Devise a formal reporting mechanism for the designated team and give visibility to higher ups.
• Will be responsible for looking after the entire operations of the digitization project from beginning till end; leading the entire program and its team.
• Develop guidelines for the project for the project and ensure their implementation.
• Overall Responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within allocated time, and designated cost. Manage Assistant Project Manager and Software Lead and Software Engineers.
