To appear in interview / test only original CNIC issued by NADRA (National Database & Regulatory Authority) will be accepted. The Punjab Public Service Commission will accept no other identification document. Applicants are advised to submit online application form. Simple application form will not be accepted. The department will also do the negative marking. The candidates will ensure that they will provide marks obtained, total marks or percentage certificate of all categories at the time of interview (if called).
