Revised Recruitment Rules Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors Sindh

Government of the Sindh, Services, General Administration & Coordination Department has issued Notification on 16-09-2019 in connection with Revised Recruitment Rules Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors Sindh. Detail is as under:

In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules 1974, with the approval of Competent Authority, in partial modification of the Notification of the dated 18-04-1993 and in consultation with the Regulation Wing of the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, the method, qualification and other conditions for appointment in respect of posts in the Encuiries & Anti-Corruption Establishment shall be as under:

S. No Name of Post with BPS Method of Appointment
1 Inspector BPS-16 (i)                  Forty percent by initial recruitment through Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC)
(ii)                Sixty percent by promotion from amongst the Sub-Inspectors (BPS-14) having minimum of 5 years service as such on seniority cum fitness basis.
Sub-Inspector (BPS-14) (i)                  Forty percent by initial appointment
(ii)                Sixty percent by promotion from amongst the Assistant Sub-Inspectors (BPS-09), having minimum 3 years service as such and having passed the Intermediate Course from Police Training School, on seniority cum fitness basis.
