Government of Pakistan, Prime Minister’s Office, National Disaster Management Authority has issued Notification on 24-09-2019 in connection with Earthquake Aftershocks Alert 24th September 2019 . Detail of the same is as under:
In view of 5.8 magnitude with 10 kilometer depth and 80 KM South East of Rawalpindi at Epicenter Jhelum earthquake on 24th September, 2019, there are likely chances of aftershocks in the next 24 hours, You are requested to take all necessary precautionary measures to avoid any loss of lives and damage to public as well as private property.
- You are also requested to share details of losses /damage if any, please.
