The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Defence’s O.M No. 3/12/TD/D-5/2018 dated 04-07-2019 on the subject noted above and to convey the approval of Establishment Division for up-gradation/ re-designation of the following posts in the Inspection and Technical Development Organization under the Ministry of Defence:
