Office of the Additional Director Livestock Sialkot has issued Notification on 15-09-2019 in connection with Livestock Sialkot Contract Employees Regularization. Detail is as under:
In pursuance of promulgation of Punjab Regularization of Services (Amendment Ordinance 2019 by the Governor of the Punjab and its publication by the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department Lahore on 24.07.2019, communicated by the Govt. of Punjab, Services and General Administration Department (regularization Wing) Lahore letter No. SO(ERB)(S&GAD)5-19/2018 dated 29th July, 2019 and on the recommendations of the Security Committee of the department in its meeting held on 12.10.2019, the following officials already appointed by the Department and working against various posts of BPS-01 to BPS-09 in this office on contract basis against permanent sanctioned posts, who have completed the more than (3) years service continuously & fulfill the conditions laid down under rules 18.19.20 & 21-A of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & conditions of service) Rules, 1974, are hereby regularized with immediate effect.
