Government of the Punjab, Special Education Department has issued letter on 08-01-2020 in connection with Submission of PERs of Contract Employees of BPS-16 & Above for Regularization. Detail is as under:

It is to intimate you that under the provisions of the Punjab Regularization of Service (Amendment) Act 2019, all the Contract Employees (BS-16 and above) who have completed 03 years of continuous service up till  31-12-2019 shall submit their Performance Evaluation Reports along with the Joining Reports, to this office within a week, so that their services may be regularized. Those employees who fail to comply, their contract will not be extended.

You are directed to disseminate these instructions in all the instructions under your ambit, at once.
