Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued OM on 24-01-2020 in connection with of Upgradation of the Post of Reader, Nazir and Bailiff. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Law and Justice’s O.M. No. 8(59)/2019-A.V dated 6th December, 2019 and meeting held in office of the Additional Secretariat-I, Established Division on 13-01-2020 with representative of Ministry of Law and Justice & MS Wing on the subject noted above and to convey the approval of Establishment Division for upgradation of the post of Reader from BS-14 To BS-15, Nazir from BS-11 to BS-12 and Bailiff from BS-03 to BS-04 in Special Courts/Tribunals under the Ministry of Law and Justice, subject to the concurrence of Finance division, amendment in the Recruitment Rules and filing up the up-gradation posts in the prescribed manner as per this Division’s d.o. letter No.8/36/2000-R-I dated 31-12-2008.
