Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification on 10-02-2020 in connection with Clarification Regarding Leave Credit Balance of Vacation Department Education of Teaching Staff. Detail is as under:

Leave Credit Balance for Teachers of Vacation Department

I am directed to refer to your letter No. DAO /ADMN/MPKS/2019-20/1957 dated 01-11-2019 on the subject cited above and to state that as per Rule 5(1)(b)(i) of the Sindh Civil Servants Leave Rules, 1986. The earned leave in case of a civil servant in a vacation department will be calculated at the rate of one day for every calendar month, if such civil servant avails himself of the full vacation.

It is clear from the above discussion that the teaching staff of the vacation department will get 1 leave in credit for each calendar month during which he performed duty.
