Government of the Punjab, Finance Department (monitoring Wing) has issued Notification on 06-05-2020 in connection with Disbursement Pay and Pension Punjab Employees on 18th May 2020. The details are as under:
Disbursement Pay and Pension Punjab Employees in Advance
The Governor of Punjab is pleased to disburse pay & allowances and Pension for the month of May 2020 on the advance on 18th May 2020 on account of Eid-ul-Fitr to all Government employees and pensioners belonging to Muslim Community in pursuance of Rules 5 1(1)-1 and 5 (2(3) respectively of the Punjab Finance Rules Volume-I.
Finance Department requests to take further necessary action accordingly for disbursement of salary and pension on 18-05-2020 positively.
It is mentioned here that the Federal Government and Balochistan Governments have already issued the Notifications of pension and salary in advance on Eid-ul-Fitr 2020.
Punjab Government decided so keeping in view the upcoming event of Eid-ul-Fitr. The reason for the same is that the employees may purchase their necessities prior to Eid. The employees have to prepare for this event. Special thanks to Mr. Junaid Sattar Butt & Mr. Muhammad Bux Saleem Khaskheli for sending a copy of the Notification of Salary in Advance for the month of May 2020 to the Government employees of Punjab.
