Government of Sindh, Health Department has issued a letter on 24-06-2020 in connection with Summary Provision of Health Risk Allowance @ One Running Basic Pay for the approval of Chief Minister Sindh. And The Chief Minister Sindh has approved it on 1st July 2020. The details are as under:
Approved Summary Provision of Health Risk Allowance
During meeting with the representatives of Doctors and Paramedical, it was unanimously decided that in addition to the Health Personnel who are performing duties related to COVID-19 patients in the Health institutions/laboratories and the PGs / HJOs who are allowed HRA Vide Order No.FD(SR-III)5-772/2020(COVID-19) dated 02.06.2020 (Annexure-II), the Health Risk Allowance will be offered to the remaining Health Personnel, as per following detail:

| 1. | BPS-01 to BPS-16 | 17,000 |
| 2. | BPS-17 & above | 35,000 |
| 3. | Postgraduate Students (PGs) | 15,000 |
| 4. | House Job Officers (HJOs) | 10,000 |
| 5. | Nursing Students | 5,000 |
The Financial Implications are to be worked out by the Finance Department of Sindh in order to determine per month expenditure.
The Honourable Chief Minister Sindh may like to pass appropriate orders.
