Government of Sindh, the Finance Department has issued Notification on 20-07-2020 in connection with Clarification Regarding Admissibility of Health Risk Allowance Sindh. The details are as under:

| ii. | Has the allowance been allowance with certain criteria as mentioned earlier FD Order dated 02-06-2020 or no criteria have been set in fresh FD order dated 09-07-2020? | No, Remaining Health Personnel has been allowed at a fixed rate without any criteria w.e.f. 01-07-2020. |
| iii. | This office has no received any lot of hospitals / Institutions/laboratories related to COVID-19 same also be communicated. | This is for the Health Department and Medical Superintendent of Hospitals to Furnish claim along with the recommendation. |
| iv. | FD order dated 02-06-2020 shows admissibility of the allowance on the basis of basic pay (Running / initial) w.e.f. March 2020 till subsiding of Pandemic, whereas FD Order dated 09-07-2020, show admissibility on the basis of scales and designation as per the above rates w.e.f. 01-07-2020, you are requested to kindly clarify that whether the earlier order is still valid or fresh order dated 09-0-2020 has been issued in supersession of earlier order or otherwise and also provide admissibility of such allowance. | The earlier order dated 02-06-2020 is still valid and it is for the M.S. and Administrative Department to furnish their claims along with recommendations, Order dated 09-07-2020 has been issued in continuation of earlier order dated 02-06-2020, not is supersession. |
