Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Administration Department has issued Notification on 03-08-2020 in connection with New office Timings with immediate effect in KP.
Notification of New office Timings KP Province
In pursuance of Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division’s Memorandum No.F.6/1/2007-D-2 dated 30.07.2020, the following timings are notified for observance by the Provincial Government Offices working on 5/6-days a week basis with immediate effect:
Offices Working on 5-Days a Week Basis
| i) | Monday to Thursday | 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
With 30 minutes break for prayer from 01:00 PM to 01:30 PM |
| ii) | Friday | 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
With one hour break for prayer from 01:00 PM to 01:30 PM |
Office Working on 6-Days a Week Basis
| i) | Monday to Thursday & Saturday | 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM
With 30 minutes break for prayer from 01:00 PM to 01:30 PM |
| ii) | Friday | 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM |
| Sunday Will be closed holiday |
