Directorate of Higher Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued Notification on 13-8-2020 in connection with the Decision of NCOC for Safe Opening of Educational Institutions. The details are as under:
The decision of NCOC for Safe Opening of Educational Institutions
I direct to enclose herewith a copy of the Higher Education Department letter No. SOG/HE/P-MEASUREMENT/2020/7859-7902 Dated 27.07.2020, on the subject noted above for information and strict compliance. Furthermore, to ensure the implementation of the decision communicated vide above-started letter that the following guidelines shall be observed, as well, please.
- Principal along with 5 faculty members of the college shall ensure their presence in the college on each working day. This is for necessary preparation for the opening of colleges w.e.f 15th
- All Ministerial and Class-IV employees shall be directed to attend the college w.e.f. 17.08.2020, positively.
- Dis-infection sprays the concerned should do twice prior to the opening of the college in classrooms, hostels rooms, as well in offices.
- All the committees constituted for different tasks like admission, tree plantation, etc will continue to attend the college as per their decided schedule.
Note: The same you should circulate amongst the colleges of your respective cluster, please.
