Directorate of Higher Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued Notification on 13-8-2020 in connection with the Decision of NCOC for Safe Opening of Educational Institutions. The details are as under:

The decision of NCOC for Safe Opening of Educational Institutions

I direct to enclose herewith a copy of the Higher Education Department letter No. SOG/HE/P-MEASUREMENT/2020/7859-7902 Dated 27.07.2020, on the subject noted above for information and strict compliance. Furthermore, to ensure the implementation of the decision communicated vide above-started letter that the following guidelines shall be observed, as well, please.

1. Principal along with 5 faculty members of the college shall ensure their presence in the college on each working day. This is for necessary preparation for the opening of colleges w.e.f 15^th
2. All Ministerial and Class-IV employees shall be directed to attend the college w.e.f. 17.08.2020, positively.
3. Dis-infection sprays the concerned should do twice prior to the opening of the college in classrooms, hostels rooms, as well in offices.
4. All the committees constituted for different tasks like admission, tree plantation, etc will continue to attend the college as per their decided schedule.

Note: The same you should circulate amongst the colleges of your respective cluster, please.
