The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Directorate of Higher Education Peshawar has issued a Notification on 25-09-2020 in connection with Hiring of Visiting Faculty for Non-BS Colleges KP. The details of the same are as under:
The Hiring of Visiting Faculty for Non-BS Colleges KP
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that they have observed that some Non-BS colleges have started the process of hiring visiting faculty for F.A/F.SC classes. That is is completely unjustifiable. Therefore, the worthy Director of Higher Education has taken serious notice of the issue. And he directed that they will hire the visiting faculty only for the BS colleges with the purpose of teaching to BS students with BS portfolios.
Furthermore, they highlighted/discussed in the meeting with all JMC Coordinators held on 9th September 2020 at Govt. College Peshawar that the visiting faculty, they will hire purely on merit basis as per the set criteria. That is irrespective of personal liking and disliking. Therefore they request to communicate/circulate the directions of the Director Higher Education among cluster colleges of your respective jurisdiction with the request to strictly do compliance of the decision made in the aforementioned meeting.
