Directorate of Higher Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued Notification on 23-10-2020 in connection with 27th October 2020 Kashmir Black Day. The details of the same are as under:

In continuation of this office letter No.17107-26/92-I/Kashmir Day File on the subject noted, I am directed to request to arrange the following activities in the colleges to express solidarity with the Kashmiris who are the victims of unspeakable crimes committed by Indian occupied forces, and report of the same thereof shall be shared to this Directorate on email [email protected] as well as with the Department on whatsapp # 03336-9178131.
