Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification on 15-10-2020 in connection with Latest Updates of Pay & Pension Commission Committee 2020. The subject of the same is “Constitution of pay and pension commission, 2020”. The contents of the same Notification are as under:

The Government of Pakistan constituted a Pay & Pension Commission vide Notification No.F.1(1)lmp/2020-164 dated 16th April 2020. Mr. Abdul Wajid Rana has regretted to continue as Chairman of the Pay & Pension Commission. The Prime Minister has been pleased to appoint Ms. Nargis Sethi former Federal Secretary as Chairperson of the Pay and Pension Commission with immediate effect.

History of the Committee
It is to share here for the information of the readers/employees/pensioners that in April 2020, the Government of Pakistan constituted a committee regarding equalizations/justification of pay of the employees and pension. In the same way burdon of the heavy pension as also the point of the same. The main task of the committee to produce the suggestion for the pay and pension for the employees and pensioners. But after a period of more than 6 months, there is no update in this connection. Only the update is that the Government changed the Chairperson of the Committee. As soon I get further updates from the Pension and Pay Committee, I shall share the same for the readers. So keep tuned with me for further updates.
There are chances that the committee will give its report very soon as there is much time that passed. Now the employees and pensioners are waiting impatiently for the report of the committee. They don’t know what will happen to them.
