Under Naya Pakistan Housing Program and as per the vision of Prime Minister of Pakistan, On Suitable and Easy Installments Houses for AJK Employees and Residents are available. The Azad Government Riasat Jammu & Kashmir with the cooperation of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority is launching the scheme of Houses.
On Easy Installments Houses for AJK Employees and Residents
This scheme is for the Government employees of AJ&K, the General Public, and the employees of Federal and Provincial Government who are the residents of AJK. The Kashmiris residing out of countries can also apply to these houses and flats. This scheme includes 5 Marla Houses and flats. These Houses and flats, the Government will construct in two steps as under:
1st Step
In Rawlakot (Prat and Plandri) at places adjacent to DHQ Hospital
2nd Step:
In Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Kotli and other Cities

Quota Details
Government Employees of AJK = 50%
Residents of AJK, Federal/Provincial Govt Employees = 10%
General Public AJ&K = 40%
Membership Fee = Rs. 25,000/- for flats and 5 Marla houses
