You have to contact your father office for all latest benefits.
If a civil servant dies, and he has a family of 3 children and one widow. Will all the benefits go to his wife only? Or parents of deceased have shared too in these above benefits?
No share of parents except only in GP Fund if the employees during his life in written do the same. This is as per my information.
If a civil servant of Punjab Government in Pakistan dies after 5 years of his appointment and did not qualify for pensionary benefits can it be granted salary to the widow till the age of superannuation i.e. upto 60 years? Plz advice with rules/clarification and any court decision or precedents.
Kindly contact or email Mr. Agha Amir for the details of these rules of pension.
