Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore has issued a Notification on 16th Nov 2020 in connection with the Schedule of Karachi Circular Railway Train Service (KCR) wef 19-11-2020. With effect from 19th November 2020, it has been decided to resume Karachi Circular Railway Train Service between Orangi-Marshaling Yard Pipri. The schedule of the circular railway is as under:

Pakistan Railways has also issued a press release on 17th Nov 2020 for the restoration of the Circular Railway in Karachi.
Change in Schedule of Circular Railway Karachi
Pakistan Railways has also issued a press release on 18th Nov 2020 in connection with the Change in Schedule of Circular Railway Karachi. Initially, the train will work with effect from 20th Nov to 30th Nov 2020. This train will complete its journey in two trips instead of 4 trips.

Being a nation these our properties, we all should take care of it and enjoy traveling in the clean environment of the train, in this way we may be able to gradually improve the quality of KCR. However, the station to station fairs should be reduced by the government while this tremendous facility could be avail by the predominantly poor communities of Karachi City.

Dear this info was as per previous data the railway issued and it has changed now many times.
Its quite confusing, I mean if i go to KCR in the morning then how i will come back?
up and down on same time from both destinations are described
what about evening up and down timing ?
do you have any knowledge about it?
