Procedure for Booking Apartments

 

  • The employees can download the payment schedule and PHA membership form along with the application form from the Pakistan Housing Authority.
  • The Federal Government employees have to deposit separate Rs. 5000/- for membership.
  • You can select an apartment and floor that is available.
  • The department will do the booking @ 15% of the total cost and the remaining payment the employees will pay in 12 quarterly installments.

    i have a flat D type in N block all dues clear except 1 installment . i want to know when this project complete it is already delayed 4 years. i am in london can u plz give me direct number where i have to complaint . even no one give update work in progress when we get these appartments. plz give me update at [email protected] ph no 00447379185973
