Allama Iqbal Open University has issued an Important Announcement for Students of University New Policy. According to the University new policy, the following programs have been terminated:

AIOU Important Announcement for Students Various Programs Terminated

Matric, FA, BA (Group System)

The University has terminated the groups in Matric, FA, and BA. All those students who are under study as per the old group system should complete their program by spring 2021. Otherwise, they have to get admission in a new scheme that is started in autumn 2019.

Associate Degree in Commerce (Old Scheme) (Current Students)

The students who are under study since spring 2019 or before it, should complete their programs by autumn 2023

Associate Degree B.Com (Revised) New Scheme (Current Students)

All those students who are under study since spring 2020, should complete this program by autumn 2024.

B.Com 2 years program (Current students) (Old Scheme)

All those students who are under study since spring 2019 or before it should complete their program till 2023.

COL, MBA/MPA (Old Scheme) Two Years Program

All those students who are under study since semester autumn 2019 or before, should complete their program till 2024.

COL MBA/MPA (New Scheme) 2 Years Program

All those students who are under these programs since autumn 2020 complete their programs till Autumn 2025.

As per the above instructions, the students complete their programs. If they don’t complete the same, the responsibility will be on the student.
